R2.5m One-piece Continuous Casting Machine for Steel Billet Production Line

The main products are: 1, R2.5 m, R3 m, R4 m, R5.25 m, R6 m, R8 m, R10 m arc caster.Can be used to produce 60mmX60mm to 320mmX320mm square billets, 100mmX150mm to 220mmX240mm rectangular billets, Φ100mm to 450mm round billets, 150mmX450mm to 180mmX800mm slabs and so on.2. Design and manufacture all kinds of rolling mills, continuous rolling mills and other steel rolling machinery which can be directly hot fed and rolled with continuous casting machine.

Curved Spray Continuous Casting Machine adopts multi-roll transmission, dispersing tension and continuous straightening, so that the deformation rate of the billet surface and two phases is reduced to a minimum. The pull straightening frame, roller and bearing seat are all in the form of internal cooling, which is conducive to improving the quality of the billet and prolonging the service life of the equipment.The mould steel pipe of continuous casting machine is made of arc shape, and the inner wall is treated with hard chromium to increase the service life.After solidification in the mold, the molten steel is adjusted by the first or second section of cooling water and sprayed along the arc track for cooling.Then into the straightener, full setting after the size cutting.

6.Widely used computer technology: the production process and production management of modern continuous casting machine are automatically completed by computer.
